The location was AMAZING!!! It was close to everything I had planned, with easy access to a few places for a quick brunch. Tube stations were not far. The room, a Standard Double Room, had a decent size. I especially liked the little pantry area with a sink and fridge!!!
The lobby is really plain with no flyers or anything!!!

I found the staff very helpful and accommodating. They offered luggage drop-off when I arrived early. The location is near Buckingham Palace and close to Victoria and Green Park stations. The room had a microwave, Nespresso machine, fridge, and filtered water, convenient.
The hotel lacked a restaurant or bar, so that was a little disappointing.

My room included a Nespresso machine, a mini kitchen, and Brita filtered water. The room also featured soft towels and comfortable beds, so I slept well. Conditioner was provided in the shower, a nice touch.

I appreciated the hotel's proximity to many key attractions. Buckingham Palace was just a short walk. I found the Victoria transport hub very convenient for getting around the city. The staff was helpful and polite throughout my stay.
